I was unable to access the app the whole morning! Seeing a blue screen with the name of app at the bottom isn't exactly my idea of fun. Pls fix the app & properly test it before rolling out in Play Store!
Cant key in credit card payment. And alot of error after rebranding.. pls

A big disappointment! With the rebranding and update, the app is now showing a blank screen after starting up. The old app is much better and stable. This new branding is making the required functionality to be non existent.
What's with the change? Can't even make a booking now. Buggy app. Blue screen and refuses to load.
Previous app before update was working fine, once i updated it i cant even reach home page and it gets stucked at showing me a blue screen,tried re-installing but still the same..
What have you done to your app and booking engine? In the last 2 weeks a) taxis typically allocated from 10 min away b) the app sets origin location automatically to about a km away and very difficult to change to a saved place without going back to first screen. C) at busy times it doesn't allow booking saying there is a 'pending' booking and I have toanually go to my trips each time to find it - even though the booking wasnt made or cancelled due to ' no taxis available'. All in last 2 weeks
It is not working anymore. Open and close the app multiple times. Every time I open the app, it shows a blue screen and nothing happens.
